My old friends Vampire Weekend and Andrew WK cover Tom Petty’s “Don’t Come Around Here No More”. I can only assume it sounded better in person. Ezra says some people consider Tom Petty “frat-rock or whatever”, I did not know he was considered that.

John Mayer covers another one of my favorite Tom Petty songs - Wildflowers - from the album of the same name. I like this a lot more than John’s “Free Fallin” cover, probably because it’s much closer to the original.

This was apparently filmed at some private party in Atlanta. I was not invited.
